ENTERING A CLUB EVENT:

Thanks for choosing to race with us this season. We now use electronic timing for all our regular Sunday races.

We are currently using Onetime Events - https://events.onetime.sport/

  • All our events are named WMCC so once you click through to the Onetime website just scroll down or search WMCC.
  • For Club Handicappping purposes only, you need to enter online by 7pm Thursday.
  • Online registration remains open until 8.30am on the Sunday of the event. This means you can wake up in the morning, decide to race, enter while you have your morning coffee, then head off knowing you're entered.
  • Our Road Races may have limited numbers in the grades so if the grade you want isn't showing up, it's because it's full!
  • Once you've entered your name will automatically show up online & you will also receive and email confirmation. Please ensure you have this available when you register as it contains your Timing Tag number.
  • Due to poor cell coverage in some areas such as Gladstone, Mangaroa, Kahutara, we recommend entering before you leave home!
